Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use 9ance.ai services or website to:

• Illegal activities – Drug trafficking, money laundering, human trafficking, illegal gambling, copyright infringement
• Harmful content – Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing, DDoS attacks
• Offensive content – Hate speech, child exploitation, racist or violent material
• Misuse of AI – Generating fake financial statements, deepfakes, fraud tools, or bypassing security
• Unauthorised access – Hacking, cracking, brute-force attacks on our systems or clients
• Spamming – Unsolicited emails, SMS, or data scraping
• Violation of laws – GDPR, CCPA, Indian IT Act, US CAN-SPAM, etc.

2. Consequences of Violation

• Warning – First minor violation
• Suspension – 7-day suspension with notice
• Termination – Immediate termination without refund
• Legal action – We may report to authorities (cyber police, FBI, EU data protection authorities)

3. Reporting Violations

Report any suspected violation to [email protected]. We will investigate within 48 hours.
