1. General Policy
All custom development projects are non-refundable once work has begun. This is because we invest time, resources, and expertise tailored to your specific requirements.
2. Exceptions (Limited Refunds)

| Before any work starts (within 48 hours) | Full refund minus 5% processing fee |
| After work starts, only discovery phase (≤ 5 hours) | 50% of upfront payment |
| Deliverable not meeting agreed spec (proven bug) | Fix at no extra cost – no refund |
| Project abandoned by us | Full refund of unearned fees |
| Client cancels after milestone 1 | No refund – work already done |
| Monthly retainer / support | Pro-rated refund for unused days (30 days notice) |
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with your project ID and reason
- We will respond within 5 business days
- If eligible, refund processed within 10 business days via original payment method
4. No Refund For
- Completed projects (even if not launched)
- Custom AI models (already trained)
- Third-party costs (APIs, licenses, domain, hosting)
- Services delivered by an approved sub-contractor
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend all services and escalate to our legal team.
6. Cancellation Procedure
- Fixed-price projects – 30 days written notice; you pay for work completed
- Hourly projects – 7 days notice; you pay for hours logged
- Subscription / support plans – 30 days notice
